7 YEARS OF SPARKLE.

Over the last seven years, we've seen it all: increased quality of life through competitive and integrated work, record-breaking opening weekends, national news coverage, an invitation from the White House, and more. We sparkled through snowstorms, hurricanes, and a global pandemic. We hosted your first dates, birthday parties, family movie nights, mitzvahs, field trips, service learnings, and corporate get-togethers. Thank you for sharing your memories with us these last seven years. This past year alone, Prospects have created our Prospector Gourmet Popcorn website, started filming for our new Sparkle Vision streaming service (launching in 2022!), and we are generating more projects that will help increase the amount of jobs created for people with disabilities.

As we blow out the candles this year, we have one simple birthday wish - MORE WORK. You can help us with this, as you have for the last seven years.

More than 82% of Americans with disabilities are unemployed. Over 1,000,000 more Americans with disabilities have lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Prospector Theater is as a solution to the unemployment crisis.

Meaningful employment is vital to a person’s mental, social, financial, and emotional health. We improve the quality of life for countless adults with disabilities, their families, and communities.

Through the operation of our movie theater, Prospects are paired with jobs that highlight their strengths and passions - or as we call it, “sparkle”.

Each new release generates dozens of opportunities to use our sparkle as we transform ordinary moviegoing into memorable experiences.

We use education, engagement, and entertainment to showcase our incredible talents and employability. Prospects work every job at the Theater – selling tickets, popping popcorn, filming, hosting events, editing, programming, landscaping, embroidery, service learning, marketing, information technology, strategic planning, graphic design, ICT, game design, grant writing, baking, research, web design, data analytics, costume-making, and more!

We offer products that people want – good movies, fresh popcorn, entertaining pre-show content, clean facilities, and unparalleled customer service!
